SANDY HAHN
FOUNDER and board chairSandy Hahn is a resilience advocate, wellness explorer, and the voice behind The Sandy Hahn Podcast; a space where raw honesty meets radical hope. After being diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), Sandy made a choice to document his journey publicly, turning one of life’s most challenging roads into a source of connection and inspiration for others.
As the founder of the Sandy Hahn Foundation, Sandy is on a mission that extends far beyond his own journey. He actively raises funds to drive MSA awareness, support critical research, and help others living with the disease access the same wellness practices and treatments that have shaped his path, from Ibogaine to meditation and beyond.

Anjali Soares
Founding Strategic Advisor, Growth and PartnershipsAnjali Soares serves as Founding Strategic Advisor, Growth and Partnerships for the Sandy Hahn Foundation. She brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic growth, partnerships, brand development and organizational planning. Throughout her career, Anjali has worked with mission driven organizations to build sustainable platforms, develop high value relationships and translate vision into measurable progress. In her role with the Foundation, she supports long term strategy, fundraising, partnership development and initiatives that strengthen the organization’s reach and impact.
Thomas Lawrence is the Founder and Principal of GPI Design, Inc., an award-winning Cleveland-based design-build firm specializing in architectural lighting, custom fabrication, and innovative commercial design. With more than two decades of experience in commercial construction, project management, and development, Tom has earned national recognition for transforming complex ideas into exceptional spaces through creativity, precision, and strategic leadership.
As a member of the Sandy Hahn Foundation team, Tom brings his leadership, strategic vision, and passion for building meaningful partnerships to support the Foundation’s mission and future growth.
Anjali Soares serves as Founding Strategic Advisor, Growth and Partnerships for the Sandy Hahn Foundation. She brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic growth, partnerships, brand development and organizational planning. Brady's commitment to the Sandy Hahn Foundation is deeply personal. With two close family members diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), he understands the challenges families face and is passionate about advancing awareness, support, and hope.
As a member of the Road to Hope Board of Directors, Brady brings leadership, strategic planning, and nonprofit governance experience to help expand the Foundation's impact and support its mission.
